In the spring sunshine Thirsk set out for a challenging replay against Harrogate. Off to a good start Thirsk scored from a short corner and Bea bell banged it in! With possession staying with Thirsk the game soon opened up into a game of short corners! Harrogate displayed some very strong defence work especially from the goal keeper! Thirsk put them under immense pressure but their possession was not converted into more goals.
The second half proved more challenging for the umpires as Thirsk pushed for their second goal and Harrogate dug deep! Thirsk defence where looking forward to Saturday night take away! Meanwhile upfront Thirsk battled with their short corner but eventually their efforts where rewarded! The attackers worked well and Bea Bell banged in another goal! The game closed at 2 nil to Thirsk! Man of the match was awarded to Amelia Borchard who played outstanding!
