Taking part in hockey is about fun and enjoying the support of the team. To help with this a few simple rules can help captains with selection and the team spirit.
These are:

• commit to training and matches

• Promptly respond to your captain’s messages about availability and selection

• Pay your match fees each week

• Stay for match teas, including assisting the captain with preparation or clearing up
